Comprehensive property Inventory

We will visit your property and create a full comprehensive inventory report for you using an industry leading mobile inventory app. We then email the report to you directly the same day.

standard of cleaning in the property

fully photographed with supporting comments where needed
Accompanied Check-ins
A personalised check in service where our friendly, certified clerk will meet your tenant at the property and welcome them to their new home, and carry out the following:

show the inventory to the tenant and walk them around the property

record any details and add queries raised by tenant during the walkthrough

confirm all meter readings & locations
-
re-test smoke alarms & Co2 monitors

picture and list keys handed to tenant
-
confirm tenant is happy to accept handover
Check Out Report
Check Outs are crucial to a smooth deposit return. We will carry out an inspection on a room-by-room basis including grounds and any external features, recording the following:

any maintenance issues or damage

cleaning issues over-looked
-
any items that need to be removed
-
any items that are now missing/damaged
-
confirm all recorded keys & fobs returned
-
all tenant’s details, including forwarding address
-
final meter readings
